I have always been more or less thin, but my thighs were too big. A lot of people don’t seem to think it’s a problem, but it was to me. I thought about having liposuction, but then I rejected this idea because of money. I guess I don’t need to explain what pain I felt when trying to buy new clothes. I often ended up in tears without anything. I was ashamed of myself and felt bad about wearing anything that reveals the shape of my legs.

It was a difficult situation, dieting did not make sense, because I didn’t really need to lose overall weight, I just wanted to get thinner thighs. The only way to go was obviously a lower body workout to get rid of thigh fat, but the problem was that most of the exercises make you gain muscles that make your thighs bulky, so that moves you nowhere near having skinny legs.
